MHCP with Pneumatic Air Tensioner (PAT) with FlexChange™ Cartridge

The MHCP with Pneumatic Air Tensioner (PAT) with FlexChange™ Cartridge makes blade service fast and frustration-free. Loosen two bolts, slide the cartridge out, and the blade is right in front of you. The cartridge can be removed from either side of the cleaner, so you can change blades from outside the transfer chute to reduce downtime. Segmented SuperShear™ blades handle abusive, sticky materials like wet fire clay, while shock-absorbing tensioners let mechanical splices pass without damage. Choose from spring or pneumatic tensioner options to fit your operation.
