FGP with Metal Detectable Dual Durometer Blade

FGP Dual Durometer

The FGP with Metal Detectable Dual Durometer Blade offers additional protection against food contamination for systems using metal-detecting sensors.

The softer durometer urethane blade tip conforms better to uneven belt surfaces. 

Commonly used in wet applications such as meat processing or with sprocketed head pulleys.

Installation

  • C-dimension gauge ensures proper pole location for optimal cleaning

Specifications

  • Pole must be 2" longer than the outside width of the conveyor structure at the mounting location
  • Recommended blade width: Belt width minus 1" (25 mm)
