EZP1 Twist
The EZP1T offers the effective cleaning and affordable price tag of the standard EZP1 with a compact torsion twist tensioner that allows for measureable and verifiable tension.

  • Temperature Rating: -30°F to 180°F (-35°C to 82°C)
  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 10" (250 mm)
  • ConShear blade sizes available:
    • Belt Width Minus 2" (50 mm)
    • Belt Width Minus 8" (200 mm)
    • Cleaner can also be retrofitted with Belt Width Minus 14" (350 mm) replacement blades
  • Blade Height: 7-1/4" (185 mm)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 4" (100 mm)
  • Blade Material: Polyurethane (proprietary blend for abrasion resistance and long wear)
  • Pole Diameter: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
  • Belt Widths: 12" to 72" (300 to 1800 mm)
 

Installation

  • Comes complete with universal mounting plates and tensioner
  • Horizontal clearance required: 4" (100 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: 9-1/2" (238 mm)
