Now there is a new polyurethane-blade precleaner that outperforms other “hot” blades. The Ultra High-Temp ConShear™ Blade is designed for continuous ambient temperatures up to 400ºF (200ºC) and spikes to 450ºF (230ºC). This deep red blade takes the heat and yet provides the extended wear life of Flexco’s standard ConShear blade.

  • Maximum Belt Speed: 700 fpm (3.5 m/sec)
  • Temperature Rating: Up to 400°F (200°C) with spikes up to 450°F (232°C)
  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 10" (250 mm)
  • ConShear blade sizes available:
    • Belt Width Minus 2" (50 mm),  8" (200 mm), and 14" (350 mm)
  • Blade Height: 7-1/4" (185 mm)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 4" (100 mm)
  • Blade Material: Ultra High-Temp Polyurethane 90 durometer (proprietary blend for abrasion resistance and long wear)
  • Pole Diameter: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
  • Belt Widths: 12" to 72" (300 to 1800 mm)

Installation

  • Comes complete with universal mounting plates and tensioner
  • Horizontal clearance required: 4" (100 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: 9-1/2" (238 mm)
